Product Description:
The FRGW9 outdoor high-voltage isolation switch is a single-pole structure high-voltage switch device used for the separation and connection of circuits in outdoor 12 kV power line networks under voltage-free conditions. It is equipped with a fixed hook and a self-locking device, making it flexible and reliable to operate with an insulated hook rod. The anti-pollution type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch can meet the requirements of users in severely polluted areas and effectively solve the problem of flashover caused by pollution during operation.
The FRGW9 outdoor high-voltage isolation switch is a single-phase structure, with each phase consisting of a base frame, pillar insulator, knife switch, and contact. The side of the knife switch has screws for adjusting the contact pressure and springs for tightening. The upper end is equipped with a fixed latch and a connected self-locking device, used for the separation and connection of circuits with an insulated hook rod. It has the advantages of large contact area, low contact resistance, good conductivity, and high mechanical strength.
Environmental Conditions for Use
1.The altitude does not exceed 1000m.
2. Ambient Air Temperature: Upper limit +40ºC, lower limit for general areas -30ºC, for extremely cold areas -40ºC.
3.Maximum wind pressure does not exceed 700Pa.
4.Earthquake intensity does not exceed 8 degrees.
5.No frequent intense shaking areas.
6.Ordinary installation sites should have no gases, vapors, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, or other explosive or corrosive substances that seriously affect the insulation and conductivity of isolation switches.
7.Anti pollution type is suitable for heavily polluted areas, but should not cause fires or explosive substances.
